    Le restaurant Michel Rostang est une adresse digne de ses 2 étoiles au guide Michelin. Je la conseille à tous spécialement le menu de saison à 169•. On appréciera également la carte de vin. Le menu "homard et crustacés" est aussi un must de l'établissement (198•). Pour le déjeuner, 2 menus sont proposés (76• & 96•). Je recommande la canette "Miéral' et les suprêmes de pigeons farcis au foie gras. Un vrai régal! Le restaurant excelle également dans les desserts : soufflé chaud au caramel beurre salé, terrine de cerise, cigare croustillant, parfait glacé "Fraise Coquelicot", etc... Une adresse que je ne suis pas près d‚oublier !
