Il faut le dire, restaurant de grande classe . Je conseille aux fins gourmets de l'essayer, ils passeront un moment inoubliable.

There’s a touch of magic about L’Astrance. The setting helps: the silence of the street, the mirrored walls reflecting a high ceiling. Service was efficient and friendly, and food of Pascal Barbot was outstanding. Given the quality, a meal is great value-just watch the wine list, which offers plenty of choice but few bargains.

Fish dishes are always done well – The monkfish didn’t disappoint on our most recent visit, and the lam with ginger crust and root vegetables drew sighs of delight. Service is never less than excellent.

L'Astrance: habituellement, quand je suis à Paris, je passe faire un tour chez Darroze, Gagnaire et Guy Savoy. Mais là, j'ai une autre belle table à ma liste.
